I really appreciate my Mom,
but it's very frustrating not having
our own place.
There's nowhere to get away
to be alone.
There's not very much privacy
and...
we can't walk around in our underwear.

I would agree that you need your own place~~~and for all the reasons you list. We've been there, done that ourselves.

Just stopping by from SWS. My daughter and her husband had to live with us (her father and me) for 2 months while she was on bedrest during pregnancy. Trust me when I say, it's difficult for everyone...

I remember being a young military wife staying at my parents house with my daughter during a transition between stateside and overseas assignments. No, it's not much fun living at home when you're grown up. You'll appreciate your own place so much when it finally happens. Best to you!

I so know what you are talking about we have had times where we have lived with others and while we feel at home I know that when we get on our own it is so much more comfortable
